Overnight Parking on Show Grounds by Reservation only

NOTICE: In order to provide Overnight Parking, the Center mandates that the Ladies Dog Club and the Framingham District Kennel Club provide police protection throughout, that overnight parking be by reservation only, and that the parking is controlled in designated areas only. Those not abiding by the following rules are subject to removal and possible Bench Show Committee penalties! FRIDAY SPECIALTIES ONLY: Overnight parking is available from 3 P.M. until 10 P.M. Thursday, May 28, and during the stated hours of the Friday Specialties. Overnight vehicles may remain until after BIS on Sunday, May 31, provided you fill out and send the general overnight Parking Form below and the required $75 fee. Send the Specialty Parking Fee of $25 (checks made payable to Ladies’ Dog Club) to Rick Krieger. You MUST park in designated areas ONLY!
GENERAL OVERNIGHT PARKING for Friday and Saturday nights, May 29 and 30, from Noon until 10 P.M. closing. Gate opens at 6 A.M. on Saturday for General Admission and Parking.
* Reservations will be held ONLY until 9 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2009
*All units must be self-contained. No camper hook-ups.
*Vehicles with dogs MUST NOT be left unattended overnight.
*Frilliness must be maintained
*Fee for Reserved Parking is $50.00 per MOTOR VEHICLE and covers both Friday and Saturday nights.
NOTE: there will be a late free of an additional $5.00 per night for those arriving without reservations made
prior to May 24 deadline. No exceptions!
* No holding of space - coming “in together” is the only way of “staying together”
*All trash must be placed inside CLEAN plastic bags and placed in available barrels. PLEASE do your part in keeping this site available to us!
IMPORTANT: All overnight vehicles MUST checked in with either Rick Krieger or Norm Grenier to receive the parking permit which MUST be displayed on your dash or windshield for police checks, etc.
